When will my order ship?
All products are made to order. Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address being provided with your order and/or failure to retrieve the package at the time of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Because each item is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for issues such as size, fit, or change of mind.
What do I do if my order arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue and your order #. This helps us understand what went wrong and ensures we prevent similar problems for you and other customers in the future.
Please note: We cannot process claims for items that have been worn, washed, or used, and we are unable to assist with reports made after the 7-day window.
Item Care
How should I care for my items?
To keep your gear looking its best, we recommend the following:

Wash inside out with cold water on a gentle cycle.

Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.

Hang dry or tumble dry on low to protect the design.

Do not iron directly on the print — turn it inside out if needed.
Will my item shrink after washing?
All of our items are pre-shrunk to help minimize any changes in size, but you may notice a small amount of natural shrinkage after washing and drying. If you prefer a looser fit or want to be extra safe, we recommend sizing up.
